组成材料对压浆料物理性能的影响研究

摘要

The influences of different compositions such as slag powder,fly ash,cellulose ether,re-dispersible polymer powder,expansive agent & superplasticizer and their dosages on the physical properties of duct grouts were studied.And the microstructure of duct grouts was analyzed.The results show that different compositions and their dosages have great and different effects on the physical properties of duct grouts,which provided certain reference for preparing duct grouts of good performance with appropriate proportion of various materials.%主要研究了矿渣微粉和粉煤灰等矿物掺合料、纤维素醚、乳胶粉、膨胀剂和减水剂等组成材料及其掺量变化对后张法有粘结预应力混凝土孔道压浆料(简称压浆料)物理性能的影响规律,分析了压浆料的内部微观形貌.研究表明,组成材料种类及其掺量变化对压浆料的物理性能的影响规律显著不同.研究结果为利用适当比例的各种材料配制性能良好的压浆料提供了一定参考.
