造纸白泥在新型墙体材料中的应用及性能研究

         

摘要

The influence of the dosage of lime mud,the ratio of water to solid and admixtures J in the mechanical perfor mance of the composite containing lime mud-fly ash-cement was discussed, and its application in the preparation of new wall ma terials was also studied. The results show that by adding appropriate modified agent, the lime mud without drying treatment can be used directly. It can still reach the product standard of MU15 in JC/T 422-2007 when the dosage of lime mud was upon to 60%. The admixture J can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the system, its best content in the system was 0.37%. 0.25% and 0.23% respectively corresponds to the dosage of lime mud of 40%, 50% and 60%. The microscopic test shows that lime mud in this system mainly plays a role of skeleton and the filling material.%研究了白泥掺量、水料比、外加剂J掺量对白泥-粉煤灰-水泥复合基体力学性能的影响规律,并将其应用于新型墙体材料的制备.结果表明:通过掺入适量的改性剂,未经烘干处理的白泥可直接应用,掺量高达60%时,仍然可达到JC/T 422-2007《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》MU15.等级的各项性能要求.改性剂J可显著改善体系的力学性能,当白泥掺量分别为40%、50%、60%时,其最佳掺量分别为0.37%、0.25%、023%.微观测试表明,造纸白泥在该体系中主要起骨架与填充作用.
