工艺参数对石英砂透水砖性能影响的r试验研究

         

摘要

Water permeable quartz brick has been sintered at high temperature by using quartz as aggregate,while using feldspar and clay mixed with a certain amount of sodium silicate as high temperature binder. The effects of processing parameters upon properties of water permeable quartz brick was studied by testing the performance of permeable brick and microstructure analysis. The results show that the strength of water permeable brick increases as the coefficient of permeability decreases with the decrease of the diameter of quartz,the increase of the amount of sodium silicate and forming pressure. In the temperature range of 700~1000 ℃,with the increase of sintering temperature,the strength of water permeable brick will increase,and the coefficient of permeability will increase slightly. The experimental results also show that prolonging the heat preservation time is conductive to increase the strength and permeability of water permeable brick. The water permeable brick was determined to be sintered at 1000℃ by DTA-TG analyzing of high temperature binder.%石英砂透水砖是以石英砂为骨料,将长石和黏土混合后掺入水玻璃配制高温粘结剂,经高温烧制而成.通过性能测试和显微结构分析研究工艺参数对石英砂透水砖性能的影响.结果表明:随石英砂粒径的减小、水玻璃掺量适量增加和成型压力的增大,透水砖的强度提高,透水系数减小;在700~1000℃范围内,随烧成温度升高,透水砖强度提高,透水系数略有增大;适当延长余热保温时间有助于透水砖强度和透水性的提高.经高温粘结剂综合热分析,确定在1000℃条件下烧成透水砖最合适.
