基于国内外研究现状,对RPC制备过程中蒸汽养护制度进行设计,分析了不同蒸养参数对RPC抗折强度和抗氯离子渗透性的影响.结果表明,静养时间16 h以上能得到性能较好的RPC,升温速度不高于20℃/h较为有益,升高恒温温度可提高RPC的抗折强度和抗氯离子渗透性.%In this paper,the steam curing system of reactive powder concrete(RPC) preparation process was designed based on the present research status at home and abroad,and the effect of different steam curing parameters on the flexural strength and chloride ion permeability of PRC was analyzed. The results show that RPC with better performances can be obtained when the curing time is more than 16 hours and the temperature increasing speed is not faster than 20℃/h. Increasing constant temperature can improve the flexural strength and chloride ion permeability of PRC.
