不同分子结构降粘型聚羧酸超塑化剂的制备与表征

         

摘要

选用常规聚醚TPEG、APEG和降粘型聚醚XPEG作为反应大单体,采用常温自由基溶液聚合反应制备系列聚羧酸超塑化剂,通过IR、1H-NMR和GPC等进行化学结构表征,以倒坍落度筒振空时间初步评价样品的降粘性能,并采用表面张力仪、V型漏斗和L型箱等进行进一步测试,结合实验数据对降粘机理进行分析.设计合成的降粘型聚羧酸超塑化剂样品B2和C2具有较好的降粘效果.%The polycarboxylate superplasticizers are prepared by free radical solution polymerization,while use TPEG,APEG and XPEG as the reaction macromonomers. The synthetic polymers are characterized chemical structure by IR,1H-NMR and GPC, evaluated the ability of reducing concrete viscosity by collapsed down of slump cone vibration empty time,surface tension,V-typed hopper test and L-typed box test. It is also analyzed the mechanism of viscosity by combined with the experimental data. The de-sign of synthetic samples B2 and C2 have better effects on the performance of concrete viscosity reduction.
