通过流动度、需水量比、胶砂活性指数、混凝土工作性及抗压强度试验,建立一元回归方程,研究了微珠对C60高强商品混凝土性能的影响.结果表明:微珠能提高混凝土的早期强度;随微珠取代粉煤灰掺量的增加,混凝土工作性得到明显提高,降黏效果良好;微珠100%替代粉煤灰时,混凝土7 d、28 d抗压强度分别为68.7、84.9 MPa;一元回归方程分析表明,微珠对混凝土各龄期抗压强度有明显的影响.%Through the tests of fluidity,ratio of water demand,activity index of mortar,concrete workability and compressive strength, a unitary regression equation was established to study the influence of microbeads on C60 high-strength commercial con-crete. The results indicate that beads can improve the early strength of concrete. The workability of concrete is improved obviously with the increase of the amount of beads replacing the fly ash,and the effect of viscosity reduction is good. The 7 d and 28 d compressive strength of concrete is 68.7 MPa and 84.9 MPa when the substitution of beads is 100%. The unitary regression equa-tion and analysis indicate that beads have obvious influence on the compressive strength of concrete at different age.
