新型对拉GFRP螺栓止水性能试验分析

         

摘要

The present situation of the application of the split bolt have been reviewed in this paper. And the GFRP materi-al is used as the screw of the split bolt. The interfacial permeability of 48 test piece of conventional and new type of split bolt was tested. The influence of different split bolt on the permeability of the interface with concrete was analyzed and compared. And the characteristics and the interface Mechanical parameters such as equivalent water gap width and permeability coefficient were discussed. The results show that the adhesive interface between the bolts and the concrete is the main channel of water seepage and the water stop strip can improve the impervious performance of adhesive interface. The new type of GFRP waterproof split bolt has good sealing performance. Based on water seepage test and penetration time test,the formulas for calculating perme-ability coefficient and width of hydraulic fracture of the interface are proposed according to seepage pressure and penetration time. The transfusion of adhesive interface basicly meet the laminar flow. There is a big difference in the permeability coefficient and the equivalent width of hydraulic of bond interface between the different split bolt and the concrete.%概述对拉螺栓应用发展现状,提出将GFRP材料用作对拉螺栓杆体.对48个传统及新型对拉螺栓圆台柱体抗渗试件的界面渗透性能进行了试验研究,对比分析不同对拉螺栓形式对粘结界面渗透性能的影响;对粘结界面的渗流特性和层面力学参数,如等效水力隙宽、渗透系数等进行了分析.结果表明,对拉螺栓与混凝土粘结界面是渗水的主要通道,止水片可以提高粘结界面的抗渗性能,新型对拉GFRP止水螺栓具有较好的止水性能.在粘结界面渗水高度和渗透时间测试的基础上,根据渗透压力和渗透时间,推导了粘结界面的等效水力隙宽及渗透系数的计算公式,粘结界面的渗流基本上符合层流渗流.不同的对拉螺栓与混凝土之间的粘结界面渗透系数和等效水力隙宽存在较大差异.
