This aricle analyzes pressing crisis. contradictions and problems in the restoration of modern architectural heritages.It put forward the restoration and reuse strategy of continuity and renewal in vlew of the current situation of city development,through which the vitality of modern architeclual heritages could be maintained.%分析了近代建筑遗产面临的危机、矛盾及修复再利用中存在的问题.结合当前城市化发展的现状,提出了延续、更新的修复再利用策略,通过适应性再利用的模式达到延续近代建筑遗产生命力的目的.
