中药足浴在剖宫产术后康复中的临床护理效果观察

摘要

目的：了解中药足浴在剖宫产术后康复中的临床护理效果。方法：从我院妇产科随机选取56例剖宫产术患者作对照组，给予常规护理，另选取56例作观察组，在常规护理基础上给予中药足浴护理，对比最终疗效。结果：观察肛门排气时间、住院时间、肛门排便时间、恶露量均低于对照组，而食欲、泌乳、睡眠质量等情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：剖宫产术后给予中药足浴护理，可缩短住院时间，利于患者尽早康复。%Objective:To understand Chinese medicine foot bath cesarean section in the rehabilitation of clinical nursing effect.Methods:56 patients with cesarean section were randomly selected as control group,given routine care,the other 56 cases selected as observation group,on the basis of conventional nursing care given Chinese medicine foot bath care,comparethe curative effect in the end.Results:Observation anus exhaust time,length of hospital stay,anal defecation time,lochia quantity are lower than the control group,andappetite,lactation,the circumstance such as sleep quality is better than the control group(P<0.05),with statistical signiifcance.Conclusion:Cesarean section to give Chinese medicine foot bath care,can shorten the length of hospital stay,early rehabilitation for patients.
