自制中药热奄包治疗老年腰痹的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：：分析探讨自制中药热奄包治疗老年患者腰痹（腰椎间盘突出）的临床疗效。方法：选取我院60岁以上的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例，随机分成治疗组与对照组各30例，治疗组给予中药热奄包熨烫热敷治疗，对照组给予口服塞来昔布治疗。治疗后比较两组患者的疼痛、直腿抬高程度、腰部活动度。结果：治疗组治疗总有效率（86.7%）明显高于对照组治疗总有效率（66.7%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组疼痛改善程度、直腿抬高程度、腰部活动度均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：腰椎间盘突出症患者使用中药热奄包治疗疗效优于常规塞来昔布镇痛治疗，可有效消除或缓解患者的疼痛，改善患者腰部及腿部的活动。%Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of treating pain and numbness in waist of elderly patients with traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao therapy. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group (30 cases) was given traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao therapy, while the control group(30 cases) was given celecoxib.The pain degree of visual analogue scale(VAS) determined the effect of treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.7%, and control group was 66.7%.The difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05).After treatment,the pain in waist,elevation of straight leg and lumbar performance were reduced in both two groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The pain degree、elevation of straight leg and lumbar performance of treatment group were lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Treating pain and numbness in waist of elderly patients with Herbal Reyanbao,which can relieve the pain and improve the moving ability of waist and leg,is superior to the celecoxib.
