基于模糊数学模型的节目满意度综合评价法

摘要

Audience satisfaction survey on program is more and more important in program quality control of radio and TV broadcasting stations. However, at present, the results of audience satisfaction survey are commonly dealt with weighted average method, which has shortcomings such as lack of indexes computed, large error and some others. In the report, fuzzy mathematics theory was used for the establishment of comprehensive evaluation model, which achieves scientific and accurate analysis of audience satisfaction survey.%节目满意度日益成为广播电视台了解节目质量的重要指标之一,但目前对节目满意度调查结果的处理大都采用加权平均的方法,存在计算指标少、误差大等缺点,影响了广播电视台对节目质量的精确把握,影响了节目质量的改进和提高.笔者应用模糊数学理论,通过构建模糊数学综合评价模型,实现了节目满意度调查结果的精确分析.
