建设项目压覆矿产资源之压覆区范围初探

摘要

Defining the area covered by the construction project is the key factor for appraising the mineral resources in this area. In order to protect scientifically and make maximum use of mineral resources, this paper has made a comparative study on management document with regard to appraising the mineral resources covered by construction project from 11 provinces in China. The results show that defining the covered area has direct relationship with these factors such as appraising area, safety mining depth, mining right timing, and the degree of geological exploration of mineral rights.%压覆区范围是建设项目用地压覆矿产资源评估的关键,其范围的确定影响着评估结果.为了科学合理地保护和最大限度地利用矿产资源,文章对全国11个省份关于建设项目压覆矿产资源评估管理文件对比研究,发现压覆区范围的确定与评估区范围、安全采深、矿业权设置时序以及矿业权的地质勘查程度等因素有着直接关系.
