针对重庆市江北区城镇建设用地范畴，从人口经济的用地弹性指标、贡献比较指数进行土地利用趋势评价，从利用强度、增长耗地、用地弹性和管理绩效等四个方面对土地利用状况进行评价。研究结果表明：江北区土地利用趋势类型判定为低效扩张型；土地利用水平居重庆都市功能区第二，具有存量土地利用强度较高、增量土地存在效益提升空间的特点。今后土地利用方式应从传统的外延扩张转为新型的内涵挖潜，建议可从挖潜途径及严控新增建设用地等方面，提高江北区土地节约集约利用程度。%According to the land use area of Jiangbei district of Chongqing, this paper has made an evaluation on land use trend based on land use lfexible criteria and contribution comparison index with regard to economics of population. In addition, it has evaluated the situation of land utilization from the following aspects: land use intensity, land consumption with the growth of economy, land use elasticity, and management performance. The results show that the type of land use trend of Jiangbei district is considered as inefifcient expansion; while the level of land use occupies second place in Chongqing urban functional areas with the characteristics of high utilized intensity of the stock land, beneift improvement room left for incremental land. On this basis, this paper points out that in future, we should shift the mode of land use from the traditional expansion to a meaning potential. It is suggested that in order to improve economical and intensive utilization of land of Jiangbei district, we must devote our efforts to tapping the potential channels and imposing rigorous controls on newly-added construction land.
