南八深冷装置分子筛脱水系统优化运行措施

             

摘要

Since Nanba cryogenic plant starts up production at its early stages, several problems have been found about molecular sieve dehydration units, such as the pressure of molecular sieve beds increases or reduces too quickly; the designed regeneration temperatures are not up to standard; the adsorption/regeneration period is unreasonable; the control program is not perfect. Then through theoretical analysis and on-site test, we optimizes the dehydration system, thus the pressure increase/decrease rate is adjusted from 0. 73 MPa/min to 0. 25 MPa/min and the temperature of hot blowing is adjusted from 180℃ to 210℃, and the adsorption/regeneration period is regulated from 8 hours to 12 hours as well. Meanwhile, during the pressure increasing/reducing of molecular sieve beds, the program will be enforced automatically with feedback confirmation to avoid misoperation. Finally, through these improvements, the above problems are effectively solved, ensuring the good running of the molecular sieve dehydration system.%为解决南八深冷装置投产初期分子筛脱水系统存在的吸附器床层升/降压速度过快、设计再生温度不达标、吸附/再生周期不合理、控制程序不完善等问题,从理论分析和现场试验两个方面,对脱水系统运行方式及控制程序进行优化,最终将升/降压速度由0.73 MPa/min调整为0.25 MPa/min,热吹温度由180℃调整为210℃,吸附/再生周期由8 h调整为12 h,床层在进行升/降压过程中,程序强制执行,同时增加反馈确认功能,避免人为误操作.通过对脱水系统运行方式及控制程序优化,有效地解决了上述问题,确保了脱水系统的良好运行.
