V形肋条减阻技术在输气管道中的数值研究

         

摘要

为了提高管道输送效率,有必要研究降低管道输送阻力的方法.天然气在管道输送时大多数位于阻力平方区,而该区域的管道摩阻系数只与管壁粗糙度有关.在天然气管道中,采用V形肋条可达到减阻效果.采用FLUENT软件对小管径管道中两种不同几何尺寸的V形肋条进行数值模拟,并与大管径管道进行对比.一般来说,在不同流速下,h=s=0.51 mm的V形肋条输气管道均具有减阻效果,而h=s=0.90 mm的V形肋条输气管道则在流速超过7.5 m/s时开始增阻;大管径管道在 h =s =0.9 mm 尺寸的对称 V 形肋条具有较好的减阻效果,小管径管道在 h =s =0.51 mm 尺寸的对称V形肋条具有较好的减阻效果.%In order to improve the efficiency of pipeline transportation, it is necessary to study the methods to reduce the resistance of pipeline transportation. When the natural gas is transported in the pipeline,most of it is in the square resistance area, and the friction coefficient of the pipeline is only related to the roughness of the pipe wall. In natural gas pipeline,the V-shaped riblets can reach the effect of drag reduction. The V-shaped riblets on two different dimensions of small diameter pipeline were simulated by FLUENT and compared with the large diameter pipeline. In general, under different flow rate,the output of the h=s=0.51 mm V-shaped riblets are the drag reduction effect of gas pipeline,while the h=s=0.90 mm V-shaped riblets pipeline is increasing resistance in velocity higher than 7.5 m/s;the large diameter pipeline has better drag reduction in symmetrical V-shaped riblets when h=s=0.9 mm, and the small diameter pipeline with better drag reduction in symmetrical V-shaped riblets when h=s=0.51 mm.
