气相色谱法快速测定二甲醚液相组分校正因子及其含量

摘要

采用吸收法配制二甲醚液相组分标样,以GDX-403为固定相,建立气相色谱法分析甲醇脱水制二甲醚液相组分校正因子及其含量的方法,并对该方法的准确性及各种影响因素进行了研究.该分析方法快速简便,结果令人满意.%A gas chromatographic method for determination of the correction factors and contents of the components in the condensated liquid from the process of methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether was established, in which the standard samples were prepared by absorption of dimethyl ether with a methanol-water mixed liquid, and GDX-403 was used as the stationary phase. The factors affecting the accuracy of the method were investigated. The method was rapid and convenient, and gave satisfactory analytical results.
