焙烧温度对合成气制C2含氧化物Rh基催化剂性能的影响及表征研究

     

摘要

A series of Rh-Mn-Fe-Li/SiO2 catalysts calcined at different temperatures were prepared and characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption, hydro-oxygen titration and TPR, and their catalytic behaviors for hydrogenation of carbon monoxide to C2-oxygenates were investigated. The results showed that calcining procedure greatly changed the interaction between Rh and the promoters' atoms and finally influenced the activity and selectivity of the catalysts. The catalyst calcined at 823 K had the highest activity. Over this catalyst, a conversion of carbon monoxide of 19.4% with the selectivity to C2-oxygenates of 59.9% was obtaind, and the space time yield was up to 749.9g.kg-1.h-1.%制备了不同焙烧温度的Rh-Mn-Fe-Li/SiO2催化剂,并采用XRD、N2吸附-脱附、氢氧滴定、TPR等方法对催化剂进行了表征,详细考察了催化剂催化CO加氢制C2含氧化合物的反应性能.研究结果显示,焙烧改变了Rh和助剂间的相互作用强度,从而影响了催化剂的活性和选择性.当焙烧温度为550℃,催化剂活性最高达19.4%,此时C2含氧化合物选择性达59.9%,时空收率达747.9g/(kg·h).
