适合陕北CCUS的含杂质的CO2气源品质指标研究

     

摘要

二氧化碳捕集,利用和储存(CCUS)作为世界流行的碳减排技术具有广阔的应用前景.陕北地区拥有丰富的石油资源和大量的煤化工项目,可用于发展CCUS.煤化工项目提供了大量高浓度二氧化碳资源,但从其中捕获的二氧化碳通常含有各种杂质,会影响二氧化碳强化采油(CO2-EOR)和从化工厂到油田的管道运输.煤化工厂的二氧化碳捕获通常使用Rectisol工艺.本文通过状态方程和相图研究了捕获的二氧化碳中各种杂质的含量对输送工艺和输送能力的影响,在此基础上提出了CCUS管道输送CO2气源质量指标.%CO2 capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) as the world's popular carbon reduction technology has a broad application prospect, and the northern Shaanxi region of China has abundant oil resources and lots of coal chemical projects that can be used to develop CCUS. The coal chemical projects provides large high concentrated CO2 resources, but the CO2 captured from them contains commonly various impurities, which can affect the CO2-EOR and the pipeline transportation from the chemical plants to the oilfields. The capture of CO2 from the coal chemical plants uses commonly the Rectisol process. In this paper, the effect of impurities in the captured CO2 on the transport process and transport capacity is studied by the state equation and phase diagram. Based on which, a CCUS pipeline transportation CO2 gas source index is proposed.
