甲醇与C6~C7烷烃在ZSM-5催化剂上耦合反应的研究

     

摘要

The coupled conversion of methanol with C6-C7 hydrocarbons over ZSM-5 catalyst was studied in a fixed bed reactor. The effects of methanol to n-hexane mixed feed parameters including mass ratio and reaction temperature on the conversion of reaction and the distribution of products were investigated. The results showed that the categories of reaction products has nothing to do with the feed ratio of methanol to alkanes and the categories of joined alkanes; with the increase of the feed ratio of methanol to n-hexane, the conversion of methanol kept constant, but the conversion of n-hexane decreased, and the selectivity of C5+ increased, while the selectivity of aromatics increased first and then decreased; with the increase of reaction temperature, the conversion of methanol maintained 100% and the conversion of n-hexane increased, and the selectivity of C5+ decreased, but the selectivity of aromatics increased first and then decreased; and the kinds of feed C6-C7 hydrocarbons didn't affect methanol conversion, and the conversion of C6-C7 hydrocarbons was in the following order:n-heptane>n-hexane>cyclohexane.%在固定床反应器中,用ZSM-5催化剂研究甲醇与C6~C7烷烃(正己烷、正庚烷、环己烷)耦合反应,考察了不同质量比和反应温度对甲醇与正己烷耦合反应的转化率和产物分布影响.结果表明:反应产物种类与加入烷烃比例和种类无关;随着甲醇对正己烷质量比的增加,甲醇转化率不变,正己烷转化率减小,C5+选择性增大,芳烃选择性先增大后减小;随着温度的增加,甲醇转化率均为100%,正己烷转化率增大,C5+选择性减小,芳烃选择性先增大后减小;C6~C7烷烃的种类不影响甲醇的转化率,而正庚烷、正己烷、环己烷的转化率依次减小.
