Most of the gas reservoirs in China are sour gas reservoirs. In order to adapt to the change of gas flow, it is common to use high circulation of absorbent in natural gas pretreatment equipment, so the energy consumption of desulfurization equipment is rather high. Diethanolamine (DEA) was used as absorbent in this simulation of gas sweetening process, and according to the results of simulation, some parameter values of critical nodes were obtained by quantitative analysis. The sensitivity analysis indicated that optimizing the flow rate of DEA and the inlet temperature of regeneration tower could improve the adaptability of the process. After the optimization under the set conditions of this paper, energy saving and consumption reducing could be effectively achieved and the heat transfer rate of the heat exchanger could be also improved.%我国气田大部分为高含硫气田,天然气预处理装置为适应天然气流量的变动,普遍采用较高的吸收剂循环量,因此脱酸装置的能耗普遍较高.选用DEA作为醇胺溶剂进行醇胺法脱酸流程模拟,根据模拟结果进行定量分析,得出关键节点的参数,并对流程中醇胺溶液流量以及再生塔的进料温度进行敏感性分析,发现调整醇胺溶液的流量以及再生塔的温度能够提高流程的适应性;在设定工况下优化后可以有效的实现脱酸流程的节能降耗,并提高换热器的换热率.
