目的观察西咪替丁联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿水痘的临床疗效.方法将60例水痘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，在均采用综合治疗的基础上，治疗组给予西咪替丁联合阿昔洛韦，对照组给予利巴韦林.观察两组临床疗效.结果治疗组的退热时间及皮疹结痂时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)，总病程明显短于对照组(P<0.01)，治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论西咪替丁联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿水痘可明显缩短疗程，提高疗效，且无不良反应发生.% Objective To observe the clinical effect of Cimetidine for Injection combined with Acyclovir for Injection in the treatment of the children with varicella. Methods The 60 children with varicella were randomly divided into 2 groups. On the foundation of all patients’s comprehensive treatment, the treatment group was treated with Cimetidine for Injection combined with Acyclovir for Injection; the control group was only treated with Ribavirin for Injection. The two groups’ clinical effect was observed. Results The antipyretic time and rash crusted time of the treatment group were all shorter than the control group(P<0.05), the general course of the treatment was obvious shorter than the control(P<0.01). The efficiency of the treatment was obvious better than the control too(P<0.05). Conclusion The course of treatment was shortened, the clinical effect improved and no adverse reaction in this treatment scheme of Cimetidine for Injection combined with Acyclovir for Injection in the treatment of pedo-varicella.
