纤维结肠镜在早期结肠癌腹腔镜手术中的应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the value of colonoscopy for laparoscopic intraoperative localization of Early colonic carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of thirteen patients with treatment of laparoscopic radical resection of early coronic carcinoma with colonscopy localization were analyzed retrospectively. Results All of thirteen cases with colonscopy localization match the operation findings, the accuracry is 100%. Conclusions Colonscopic orientation is safe and effective for the Early colonic carcinoma when they can not be oriented precisely in laparoscopy.%　　目的探讨纤维结肠镜在早期结肠癌腹腔镜手术中的定位价值及手术的安全性。方法回顾分析在纤维结肠镜定位引导下行腹腔镜手术治疗的13例早期结肠癌病例资料。结果纤维结肠镜在13例早期结肠癌腹腔镜手术定位的准确率为100%。结论纤维结肠镜在早期结肠癌腹腔镜手术中定位确切，大大提高了腹腔镜结肠癌手术的准确性。
