网络集群行为的理论解释模型探索

摘要

The phenomenon of internet collective behaviors has been paid more and more academic attention, but there is no a panoramic germinal interpretation theory. Charles Zastrow divided the social - ecological systems as the micro, meso, macro - stratification by his Society Ecosystems Theory, and Neil Smelser proposed a Valued - added Theory that initiates and promotes the collective behaviors, which could be as an appropriate integration framework. The existing research re- suits by Sociology, social psychology, communication science and other disciplines for collective behavior and mass commu- nication phenomena, have been applied to this new situation to form the theoretical interpretation model on the internet col- lective behaviors. The model can more accurately describe the behavior of the network cluster, the development of the in- ternal mechanism and the role of contextual factors at different levels way for deeper and more targeted research foundation in theory.%网络集群行为现象越来越受到学界关注，但至今仍缺乏对其生发机制的全景式理论解读。查尔斯·扎斯特罗对于社会生态系统的微观、中观、宏观分层论，以及尼尔·斯梅尔塞提出的导致和促进集群行为六个条件的价值累加理论，可作为恰当的梳理线索和整合框架，将社会学、社会心理学、传播学等学科对于集群行为与大众传播现象的既有研究成果，进行有机整合，并使之应用于互联网络这一新情境，形成网络集群行为的理论解释模型。该模型能够较准确地刻画出网络集群行为发生、发展的内在机制，以及不同层次背景因素的作用方式，可为更深入与更具针对性的研究打下理论基础。
