以粉煤灰为基础的微晶玻璃的制备

         

摘要

The preparation of the basic glass of the Na2O-CaO-SiO2 system with above 50wt% flyash content and TiO2/Fe2O3 as nucleation agent has been investigated by adopting conventional melt quenching technology.The nucleation and the crystallization temperatures are determined by using DTA.The phase and the microstructure of the glass-ceramics are investigated according to the results of the X-ray diffraction analysis and the SEM.The results show that,when introducing the flyash as main raw material,the glass of the Na2O-CaO-SiO2 system can be obtained;yellow color or black color glass-ceramics containing main crystal phases such as NaAlSiO4,Ca2Al2SiO7 etc.may be obtained by using two-stage heat-treatment method.The SEM photographs show that the micro-crystals in the glass-ceramic structure are lumpy shape and the glass is almost crystallized completely.%利用传统熔体冷却方法以TiO2和Fe2O3为成核剂、粉煤灰含量50wt%以上的Na2O-CaO-SiO2系统基础玻璃的制备工艺进行了研究。利用差热分析(DTA)确定了该玻璃的核化和晶化温度,并利用X射线衍射分析(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对晶化试样的物相进行了鉴定并作显微结构观察。研究结果表明:(1)以粉煤灰为主要原料,以TiO2、Fe2O3为成核剂,通过传统熔体冷却方法能够获得Na2O-CaO-SiO2系统基础玻璃;(2)对基础玻璃进行二步法热处理可以获得黑色和黄色的微晶玻璃,其主晶相为NaAlSiO4和Ca2Al2SiO7微晶体,呈块状分布,该类玻璃的结晶化程度高。
