煤系高岭土水热合成LSX型分子筛

         

摘要

This paper uses kaolin as raw material, uses two-step of low-temperature and high-temperature crystallization to synthetizethe molecular sieve of LSX, and systematically examines the molecular sieve of LSX of the gel time, gel temperature, crystallization time, crystallization temperature. The synthesized samples were characterized by means of the optimum experimental conditions of static water adsorption, XRD, SEM and IR etc. The result shows that the synthesized LSX zeolite did not contain mixed crystals,the crystallinity reached 93. 46%and the static water adsorption capacity reached 30. 57% .%以煤系高岭土为原料,采用低温胶化、高温晶化的两步水热法合成出了LSX分子筛.通过进行单因素试验,系统考察了胶化条件和晶化条件对合成分子筛的影响.通过对合成的分子筛进行静态吸水值测定、SEN、IR、XRD的表征得到优化条件为胶化时间4h,胶化温度50℃,晶化时间4h,晶化温度90℃.在此条件下合成的LSX型分子筛具有规则的晶体结构,静态水吸附量高达30.57%,结晶度达到93.46%,且不含任何杂晶.
