某富银铅锌矿选矿试验研究

摘要

某矿床为多金属硫化物富银铅锌矿,主要金属矿物为方铅矿、闪锌矿、黄铁矿、黄铜矿,主要脉石矿物为石英、绢云母及碳酸盐.原矿铅品位3.36％、锌品位3.68％、银品位176.69g/t,试验采用铅锌优先浮选流程对该矿铅锌分离并综合回收银,取得了较好的技术经济指标.最终获得了铅品位61.58％、铅回收率83.06％、含银1686g/t、银回收率为43.23％的铅精矿；锌品位48.57％、锌回收率81.93％、含银630.70g/t、银回收率为22.13％的锌精矿.试验成果为该矿区地质评价及矿产资源开发利用提供了有利依据.%Some deposit is a polymetallic sulfide rich silver lead-zinc ore,the main metals of which are galena,sphalerite,pyrite,chalcopyrite and the main gangues are quartz,sericite and carbonate.In the raw ore,the lead grade is 3.36％,zinc3.68％,silver 176.69g/t.When the flowsheet of lead-zinc selective flotation was adopted to separate lead and zinc and recover silver,the lead concentrate with the lead grade of 61.58％ and the recovery of 83.06％ and the silver grade 1686g/t with the recovery of 43.23％ and zinc concentrate with the zinc grade of 48.57％ and the recovery of 81.93 and the silver grade of 630.70g/t and the recovery of 22.13 ％,which provides a favorable basis for the geological evaluation and the development and utilization of mineral resource.
