铅电解阳极泥中锑铋的浸出试验

             

摘要

The lead anode slime is the main material producing silver in China, but the yield rate of silver is affected by such impurities as stibium and bismuth, so it is essential to separate such metal elements as stibium and bismuth for the production of gold and silver by using the lead anode slime. Through the experimental research, it is found that the optimal condition is that the dosage of hydrochloric acid is 1. 1 times of the theoretical amount (to the lead anode slime meter) ,the ration of liquid to solid is 5 : 1 ,the temperature is 60 ~80℃ ,the leaching time is 4h and 15 ~30g/L of FeCl3is added. Under this condition,the leaching rate of stibium and bismuth is 76.3% and 93.7% respectively.%铅阳极泥是我国生产银的主要原料,但由于其中含有锑铋等金属杂质直接影响银的直产率,分离锑铋等金属元素是铅阳极泥生产金、银必不可少的步骤.经过试验研究,得到浸出铅阳极泥的较佳的试验条件为盐酸用量为理论量(以铅阳极泥计)的1.1倍,液∶固=5∶1,温度60 ~ 80℃,浸出时间为4h,并添加15~30g/L的FeCl3,在此条件下锑、铋的浸出率分别为76.3%和93.7%.
