基于多开发平台的内摆线加工仿真

     

摘要

By the way of deepgoing research on the inner-cycloid locus equation of knifepoint, the basic principle of a continuous rotation indexing machining between the workpiece spindle and the cutter spindle was studied using the inner-cycloid locus. On these bases, a methodology of mixed programming by calling lots of the business software libraries was presented. Through integration and seamless link on the universal development modules, the inner-cycloid machining simulation system was constructed rapidly and the machining simulation was realized. Simulation result verified feasibility of the inner-cycloid machining principle and validity of the methodology of mixed programming based on multi-development platforms.%通过对刀尖内摆线轨迹数学模型的深入研究,探讨了利用内摆线实现工件和刀具连续旋转分度加工的基本思想;在此基础上提出了调用多个商用软件资源库的混编开发模式.通过对通用软件开发模块的整合和无缝连接,快速地构建出内摆线加工仿真系统,并实现了内摆线加工仿真.仿真的结果既验证了内摆线加工原理的可行性,又证明了基于多开发平台混编开发模式的有效性.
