组合夹具元件的数据驱动设计及数据管理

         

摘要

以组合夹具为研究对象,提出了一种基于VC++6.0编程语言,应用MDT、Excel和Access等软件相结合进行组合夹具元件的数据驱动参数化特征建模和建立数据库的方法,目前阶段得出的结果表明,应用这些软件的链接可实现组合夹具元件的参数化设计和特征数据管理.所开发的用户应用程序可以快速查询所需夹具元件的几何信息、预览其基本形状和各种特征信息.结论是此方法可推广至各种机械零件的系列设计开发.%Take the modular fixture as the research object, bring forward the systematic methodology for modular fixture components design of data-driven parametric features modeling and data management,based on VC ++6.0 programming language, by combining the software, such as MDT, Excel and Access.The results show that, in the current stage, the application of the several software linked together realizes parametric design and data management of feature models for the modular fixture components.The user application can quickly check the geometric information required for fixture components; preview their basic shapes and a variety of feature information.The conclusion is that this method can be extended to a variety of design and development of the series of mechanical parts.
