一种新型多功能高空作业平台的设计与分析

     

摘要

In order to meet the related requirement of the substation equipment' s maintenance and lifting, we design a new multifunction high-altitude platform with functions of repairing platform and crane. On the basis of analysis of the load condition for multifunction high-altitude platform, finite element analysis model is established, according to the load feature of telescopic boom and being finite element analysis. The results show that every component bears averaged force and meets the requirement of strength and rigidity, which provide certain reference value for the same type of product development.%为了满足变电站现场相关设备的检修和吊装的需要,文章详细设计了一种集检修平台和起重机于一体的新型多功能高空作业平台.在分析多功能高空作业平台承载多种工况的基础上,针对整体的受力特点,建立了有限元模型,并进行有限元分析.分析结果表明,各构件受力均匀,满足强度和刚度设计要求,为同类型产品的开发提供一定的参考价值.
