According to the complexity of TI worm transmission solid modeling, by using three-dimensional modeling software of the UG, combined with the equations of TI worm tooth surface and worm gear transition curve, the solid model of worm and worm gear is established. Imported the three-dimensional model into the virtual product simulation software ADAMS and simulated it, and characteristic curve of rotational speeds of worm gear and meshing force is analyzed.%针对TI蜗杆传动机构实体造型的复杂性,运用UG三维建模软件,结合TI蜗杆的上下齿面方程和蜗轮的过渡曲线方程,精确的建立了蜗杆和蜗轮的实体模型.将模型导入到虚拟产品仿真软件ADAMS中进行动力学仿真,并对动态啮合过程中蜗轮、蜗杆转速及啮合力的特性曲线进行了分析.
