双环盘式刀库结构参数优化

     

摘要

为了解决盘式刀库双环布刀时刀库转动惯量与刀盘尺寸惯性的矛盾,以YP5048G双环盘式刀库的结构参数优化研究为应用实例,综合考虑各种约束条件,采用数学建模分析和有限元分析相结合的方法,对其进行结构参数优化,以增大储刀量,扩大工作范围.探讨了利用MATLAB软件优化工具箱中的fmincon函数解决多约束非线性优化问题的思路及计算方法.为了对刀库的结构参数优化结果进行验证,对优化后的刀库进行了有限元静态特性分析及动态特性分析.仿真结果证实了所设计的双环布刀刀盘结构参数的合理性.%To solve the contradiction between the rotational inertia of the tool magazine and the dimension inertia of the cutter head when the disk-type tool magazine is dual loop distributed, the structural parameters optimization of YP5048G dual loop disk-type tool magazine is taken as the application example. Various constraint conditions are comprehensively considered, and the method of mathematical modeling analysis and ANSYS analysis are combined to optimize the structural parameters so that the store of tools can be increased and the working range can be enlarged as well. The idea and the calculating method of using fmincon function in MATLAB software optimization tool case to solve multi-constraint and nonlinear optimizing problems are discussed. In order to test the structural parameters optimization result of the tool magazine, ANSYS is adopted to do both the static characteristics and the dynamic characteristics a-nalysis of the optimized tool magazine. Simulation results proved the reasonability of the structural parameters of the designed dual loop distributed cutter head of the tool magazine.
