冷却水流速对电主轴电机温升的影响分析

             

摘要

In order to analyze the cooling function of the water cooling system on the 150MD24Z7. 5 motor-ized spindle, a fluid-solid coupling heat transfer model established in finite element software and numerical simulation analyzes the cooling water velocity effect on the motor of the motorized spindle. Simulation re-sults shows that when the cooling water velocity was relatively small, it has a great influence with the veloci-ty changed on the cooling effect and with the flow velocity increased , the difference in cooling effect was inappreciable . Experiments were conducted according to the results of theSimulation analysis and the experi-mental temperature is consistent with simulation results. Consequently, an theoretical basis is offered for the parameter optimization of motorized spindle cooling system which can meet the requirementsof high-speed spindle motor cooling technology.%为了分析电主轴150 MD24 Z7.5水冷系统对其电机的冷却功效,采用有限元软件建立流固耦合传热模型,数值模拟分析了水流速度对电机的冷却效果。模拟分析发现,当流速相对较小时,流速的改变对电主轴的冷却效果的影响较大,但随流速继续增大,对电主轴冷却效果的影响逐渐减小直至饱和。针对仿真结果进行试验验证,试验结果与仿真结果相符。从而为电主轴冷却参数优化提供了理论基础,满足电主轴电机冷却的技术要求。
