基于可拓优度的专用加工机床定位方案设计

             

摘要

满足特定加工需求的专用加工机床定位方案设计往往会受到多属性、多层次、不确定性等约束因素的影响,为此,研究了专用加工机床定位设计方案多因素优选问题,给出了一种基于可拓优度的专用加工机床定位方案设计模型。该模型通过对专用加工机床定位方案设计过程中相关因素进行分析,给出了定位设计方案的优选指标体系,通过对不同优选指标的规范化处理,建立一种改进的优选指标与定位设计方案性能参数理想域之间的可拓关联函数,以此获得定位设计方案需求参数与性能参数理想域之间的综合加权可拓优度,根据可拓优度的大小获得最优的专用加工机床定位设计方案,从而为后续的专用加工机床整体设计的顺利实施提供有效的支持。最后,通过具体的某一特种加工机床定位方案设计实例对模型和方法的有效性进行了验证。%Due to the multiple attribute, multi-level, uncertainty and constraint factors in position scheme design of special working machine tool, the multiple attribute optimization problem of position scheme de-sign is studied, and an optimization model of position scheme design of special working machine tool based on extension degree is put forward. Firstly, the optimization index system of position scheme design is giv-en, then, with the different optimization indexes standardized, an improved extensive correlation function of ideal domain between the performance parameters and the preferred index is put forward. After these, the extension degree optimization model is put forward, and then, the comprehensive weighted extension degree of position design scheme is obtained. Based on these, the optimal position design scheme of machine tool is achieved. Finally, the validity of the model was verified by an example of a position scheme design of spe-cial working machine tool.
