基于PLC和MCGS的实时生产数据采集系统

摘要

文章针对某炮弹装配兵工厂实时数据管理系统的应用需求,提出了基于工控组态软件MCGS与可编程控制器PLC的数据采集实现.PLC采用西门子S7-300系列,组态软件采用MCGS,通信方式采用工业以太网,数据存储采用ODBC方式,外部数据库采用SQL Server 2008数据库.文中详细介绍了组态软件MCGS与PLC之间的通信过程以及数据存储到外部SQL Server2008的具体实现,并且数据可以在生产管理系统中实时的显示.%In this paper,according to the application requirement of the real-time data management system for a shell assembly factory,the implementation of data collection was proposed based on the industrial con-trol configuration software MCGS and programmalbe controller PLC. The S7-300 series of Siemens was used in the PLC,MCGS was used in the configuration software ,Industrial Ethernet was used in the communica-tion mode,ODBC was used in the saving data and SQL Server 2008 is used in the external database. The communication process between MCGS and PLC configuration software and the data stored in the external SQL Server2008 implementation were introduced in detail,And the real-time display of the data can be a-chieved in the production management system.
