细长轴外圆旋风铣削振动响应分析与支撑方式的改进

         

摘要

With cylindrical slender shaft whirlwind milling system as the research object, through 3 d soft-ware to build simulation model of slender axle workpieces, respectively according to the cylindrical cyclone milling machine of pair of pliers with iron tool carrier and the way of double rotating center frame support in finite element analysis software for simulating the operation condition of the workpiece, and the idea of cut-ting force and USES the mobile piecewise sampling method for dynamic analysis was carried out on the workpiece, the vibration amplitude of each cutting point is obtained, and compared the different support way under the vibration response of a slender shaft parts, and explore the effects of span on the best way to sup-port stability, which laid a foundation for the stability of the machine tool.%以细长轴外圆旋风铣削系统为研究对象,通过三维软件建立细长轴类工件的仿真模型,分别按照外圆旋风铣床的双钳铁跟刀架和双旋转中心架的支撑方式在有限元分析软件中对工件的工况进行模拟,并采用移动切削力的思路对工件进行逐段采样的方法进行动力学分析,得出了各切削点的振动幅值,对比了不同支撑方式下细长轴零件的振动响应情况,并探究了跨距对最佳支撑方式稳定性的影响,为机床加工的稳定性奠定了基础。
