圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮动态接触性能分析

         

摘要

齿轮动态接触性能将直接影响传动平稳性和承载能力.为了研究圆弧齿轮啮合过程中动态接触特性的时变规律,基于大刀盘铣削加工圆弧齿轮原理,借助MATLAB与UG建立精确的齿轮三维模型;借助ANSYS对圆弧齿轮副进行显式动力学分析,研究了点接触形式的圆弧齿轮的齿面接触应力分布情况;同时通过对齿轮副从静止到启动这一动态过程的模拟,探究了轮齿接触应力和啮合冲击的时变规律;最后,通过对不同齿宽系数的齿轮接触应力时变规律的研究,揭示了齿宽系数对圆弧齿轮的传动平稳性及承载能力的影响规律.实验结果表明,当齿宽系数在0.35~0.6范围内变化时,齿宽系数越大,齿轮的啮合冲击越大,而接触应力越小,为圆弧齿轮的设计及工程应用提供了理论依据.%Gears′ dynamic contact performance will affect transmission stability and bearing capacity directly.In order to study the time-varying laws of the circular-arc-tooth-trace (CATT) cylindrical gear′s dynamic contact characteristics in meshing process, based on the principle of huge-cutter milling CATT cylindrical gear, the precise 3-D models of CATT cylindrical gear have been established with the aid of MATLAB and UG.And then with the help of ANSYS, the explicit dynamic analysis of the CATT cylindrical gear pairs has been completed as well as the study of distribution of contact stress on the CATT cylindrical gear which contact at a point.Meanwhile, by simulating the process that the CATT cylindrical gears start to work, the time-varying laws of contact stress and meshing impact have been explored.Finally, through studying the time-varying law of contact stress on the gears with different width, the influence of the coefficient of face width on CATT cylindrical gear′s transmission stability and bearing capacity has been revealed.And the result shows that when the coefficient of face width is in the range of 0.35 to 0.6, the bigger the coefficient is, the lager the mesh impact is and the less the contract stress is.So the further design and industrial applications of the CATT cylindrical gear can be accomplished based on the result.
