基于PSO算法的离散制造车间物料供应路径优化

         

摘要

Aiming at the complicated and changeable path of material supply in discrete manufacturing shop, a workshop model of workshop material supply based on classical traveling salesman problem is proposed. An improved PSO algorithm based on"Swap operator"and"Swap sequence"is designed to solve the prob-lem model. Non-linearly decreasing the inertia weight coefficient,and constructing the function of the accel-eration factor and the inertia weight, so that the acceleration factor is adjusted on the basis of the inertia weight. Through the simulation experiment and the basic and other typical improved PSO algorithm to verify the comparison,the design algorithm has a good global search ability and convergence,the effective realiza-tion of the workshop material supply path optimization,achieving the warehouse and the processing machine tools between the shortest feeding path.%针对离散制造车间物料供应路径复杂多变,提出了一种基于经典旅行商问题的车间物料供应模型,并设计了一种基于交换子交换序的改进PSO算法,进行问题模型求解优化,设计算法采取非线性递减惯性权重系数,同时构建加速因子与惯性权重的函数关系,使加速因子基于惯性权重自行调整.通过仿真实验与基本及其他典型改进PSO算法进行对比验证得出,设计算法具有良好的全局搜索能力与收敛性,有效实现对车间物料供应路径的优化,实现仓库与各加工机床间送料路径最短.
