滚珠丝杠滚道研磨工艺试验研究

         

摘要

为探究滚珠丝杠滚道的研磨工艺,应用自主研制的滚珠丝杠研磨工装及研磨试验台,对单根丝杠进行分段研磨试验,重点研究了丝杠行程误差、滚道表面粗糙度及表面残余应力随研磨周期的变化情况.结果表明,使用自制的研磨工装可有效改善滚珠丝杠的行程误差,减小左右滚道粗加工时存在的粗糙度差异.其中,左右滚道全程变动量分别下降46.5%、24.2%,表面粗糙度Ra分别达到0.2658μm、0.2843μm.此外,研磨前滚道表面残余应力在-200MPa以下,随研磨周期数增加,滚道表面残余应力增大,研磨后表面残余压应力可达-450MPa以上,有利于疲劳寿命.试验验证了自主研制的丝杠研磨装置及丝杠研磨工艺的有效性,并为深入研究研磨参数对滚道表面的影响提供了借鉴意义.%A lapping experiment was conducted with the designed lapping tool and testing table to investigate the lapping of ball screws. The ball screw lapped was segmented into different parts. The travel error, the surface roughness and the residual stress were tested after lapping. Results show that the travel error was im-proved greatly and the difference of surface roughness of the two raceway tracks caused by rough machining was diminished after lapping. The universal variation of left and right raceway track decreased by 46.5% and 24.2% respectively and the surface roughness Ra is 0.2658 μm and 0.2843 μm respectively. The resid-ual stress was less than -200MPa before lapping but increased with lapping periods, which can be more than -450MPa after lapping. It can be beneficial to fatigue life. The experiment confirms the effectiveness of the designed lapping tool and the lapping technology,which provides a reference for the further research of effects of lapping conditions on raceway tracks.
