藏药大三果化学成分及药理作用研究进展

     

摘要

藏药大三果由诃子、毛诃子和余甘子三味药组成,其成药为三果汤散.大三果富含多种化学成分,主要包括鞣质类、酚酸类、三萜类及黄酮类等.鞣质在大三果中含量丰富,常作为主要的分析指标.现代研究表明,大三果具有预防胃肠疾病、抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等多种药理活性.本文结合近年来国内外的相关文献,对大三果的化学成分及药理作用进行简要综述,为大三果的开发及深入研究提供参考.%Triphala consists of Terminalia chebula Retz, Terminalia bellirica (Gaertn.) Roxb. and Phyllanthus emblica L, which are made into Dasanguo Powder. Triphala is rich in a variety of chemical components, including tannins, phenolic acids, triterpenoids and flavonoids. The content of tannin is abundant in Triphala, which are often used as the main indicators of analysis. Modern research found that Triphala has a variety of pharmacological activities such as prevention of gastrointestinal diseases, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, anti-tumor and so on. This paper briefly summarized the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Triphala, combining the relevant national and international literature in recent years to provide reference for the development and further study of Triphala.
