真实世界中医肝病临床研究体系构建与应用探索

摘要

Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine established research outpatient clinics tocontribute to the major disease-entity research conducted by the National Traditional Chinese Medicine ClinicalResearch Base and to the construction of the National Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment and ClinicalResearch Information Sharing System.With a view of developing a “real-world traditional Chinese medicineclinical research paradigm,” these clinics explored the mode ofclinical research on liver disease of the real-world TCM from theaspects of clinical research,health management,and characteristics diagnosis and treatment.%为了更好地开展国家中医临床研究基地重点病种建设与中医医疗与临床科研信息共享系统(以下简称“共享系统”)建设,湖北省中医院构建了研究型门诊.研究型门诊以“真实世界中医临床科研范式”为建设理念,从临床研究、健康管理、特色诊疗三个方面进行真实世界中医肝病临床研究体系构建模式的探索与应用,为研究型门诊及研究型医院的建设提供参考.
