我国城市轨道交通建设投融资方式综述

摘要

文章对国外城市轨道交通建设投融资模式进行分析，并对我国城市轨道交通建设的投融资现状及模式选择做出技术评述，提出适合我国城市轨道交通建设环境的投融资主要模式和多元化筹资渠道，以期科学合理地解决城市轨道交通投融资的难题。%The paper makes an analysis on the investment and fi nancing methods for the construction of urban rail transit in other countries, and makes technical comments on the current investment and fi nancing situation and the modes selection for urban rail transit in China. It puts forward the main mode of investment and financing for the construction of urban rail transit in China and the diversified financing channels for the purpose of tackling the diffi culties in investment and fi nancing for urban rail transit construction in a scientifi c and reasonable way.
