政府主导集群发展模式下的创意城市建设--北京“文化创意产业聚集区”的形成与发展

我国现阶段的创意城市建设表现出较强的政府主导特色，因此论文以北京为例，探讨了政府主导下的文化创意产业的集群发展模式及其经验得失。文章分析了北京文创资源的基本状况和政府推进文化创意产业集聚区发展的相关做法，并在剖析文创集聚区的产业结构、空间分布特征等的基础上，指出文创集群在城市更新、工业遗产利用、新农村建设、产业园区开发等方面对北京城市建设的推动作用及未来改进措施。%The development of creative cities in China shows a strong government-led characteristics at present.Taking Beijing as an example, the paper aims at discussing the government-led development model of cultural and creative industrial clusters. It analyzes the culture and creative resources of Beijing, and explores the approaches initiated by the municipal government to promote the cultural and creative industrial clusters. Based on the analysis of the industrial structure and spatial distribution of such clusters, it points out the role of them to urban renewal, industrial heritage utilization, new rural villages, industrial park development and so on, as well as the future improving measures.
