空中步行系统在城市商业街区更新规划中的策略研究--以台北市新光三越信义新天地为例

摘要

This paper analyzes the development process and evaluates the customs experience from the skywalk system in Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Hsinyi New Life Square, Taipei Xinyi. On this basis, through the study of the construction strategies and implementation mechanism for skywalk system in urban commercial district, especially with the consideration of the demands and current situation of the urban commercial district, this article summarizes the operational strategies and measures and guides the skywalk system planning and construction in urban commercial district within the country.%通过对台北市信义计划区新光三越信义新天地空中步行系统建设背景及其发展现状的分析与研究，总结其形成机制、实际效果及成功经验。在此基础上，针对大陆地区城市商业街区的建设状况与现实需求，对空中步行系统在城市商业街区中的建设策略以及实施机制进行研究探讨，总结具有操作性的策略与措施，为我国城市商业街区空中步行系统的规划与建设提供参考和借鉴。
