界定总体规划中的产业用地属性及指标体系，梳理其自计划经济以来的发展脉络和特点；结合现时期总体规划中产业用地的实际问题，归纳产业用地指标体系的优化导向，即产业用地类型的精细化和标准化、效益与规模的综合化和动态化以及空间格局的关联化和完备化，提出市场经济下总体规划中产业用地指标体系的建议方案，即反映产业用地类型、效益和规模属性的四级体系以及体现空间格局属性的产业布局、产业分区和产业空间体系三项内容。%This paper acquires the deifnition of industrial land attributes and index system in the master planning, combs its development venation and characteristics since the times of planned economy. Combining with the actual problems of industrial land in the master planning, this paper sums up the optimizing direction of industrial land index system, which contains reifnement and standardization of classiifcation, synthesis and lfuxion of efifciency and scale, and association and maturity of spatial pattern about industrial land. Also, this paper puts forward the suggestive scheme of industrial land index system in the master planning, which are the four-level system of industrial land classiifcation, efifciency, and scale, together with industrial distribution, industrial zoning and industrial space system of industrial spatial pattern.
