城市空间发展的历史分期方法研究--以改革开放以来的西安城市为例

摘要

At present, the systematic research methods about historical installment of urban space is lacked. In this paper, the comprehensive installment method which is dominated by material space including institutional, economic and social factors is proposed through the combing and summary of the related studies. As the object of space development from the reform and opening up to the early 21st century in Xi'an city, this paper puts forward the history development stage of Xi'an according to the stages of space, institutional, economic and social factors. And then, the paper summarizes the phase characteristics of Xi'an urban spatial development. The result shows that the method which is dominated by material space evolution history of staging has universality in research on urban spatial structure.%目前国内学界对城市空间历史分期缺乏系统的研究方法，本文通过对相关研究的梳理与总结，提出以物质空间演化为主导，兼顾制度、经济、社会因素的综合分析方法。进而，以改革开放到21世纪初这一分期的西安城市空间发展为对象，通过对西安城市的制度、经济、社会、空间因素的显性时段判识，提出西安城市空间发展的历史分期方案，总结西安城市空间发展的阶段特征。结果表明，以物质空间演化为主导的历史分期方法，对于城市空间结构研究具有普适性。
