城市核心区复合式TBM施工关键技术研究

         

摘要

我国城市轨道交通建设正处于快速发展阶段,如何实现城市核心区隧道施工机械化,减少施工对城市的干扰已成为一个关键性问题。文章结合具体工程实例,通过对沿线施工条件的分析,提出了符合城市核心区实际情况的隧道工筹方案;并对复合式TBM井下整体始发、过站转场、洞内调头、平移吊出及相应临时工程改造等关键技术进行了详细阐述,得出了可靠的结论。研究结果表明,以上关键技术的实施避免了房屋拆迁,减少了对城市交通的干扰,解决了施工场地难题,实现了复合式TBM连续、快速掘进,确保了车站及区间的总工期,减少了工程浪费,节约了工程投资;结论对重庆及其它地区类似工程具有一定的借鉴意义。%Realizing mechanized construction for reducing disturbances to urban core areas during tunnel construction is becoming a critical issue considering the rapid development of urban rail transit in China. This paper gives an overall construction scheme in accordance with the actual conditions of urban core areas based on engineering practices, and discusses key techniques for composite TBM construction-including integral TBM launching, site transition after passing through a station, TBM turning in tunnel, hoisting out after parallel movement and corresponding temporary structure reconstruction. The results show that adopting of the above key techniques can avoid housing demolition, reduce disturbances to urban traffic, solve problems of the construction site, achieve continuous and rapid tunnel construction, guarantee the construction schedule, reduce construction waste and save project costs.
