浅谈新形势下测绘职工培训的几种方法

Under the new situation ,mapping geographic information industry is facing rare development opportunities and new challenges .The construction of “Three platform” ,names as “National Census Geography” ,“digital city” ,“World Map” , provides the vast number of mapping and surveying employees an opportunity for their career development ,Strengthening staff training of the mapping industry implements the scientific concept of development ,makes education and training work more scientific and more institutional ,which is an inevitable requirement of highly qualified mapping workforce construction ,the article analyzes the current situation of mapping geographic information technology training industry and raises some problems of training mapping and surveying employees .%新形势下，测绘地理信息行业面临难得的发展机遇和新的挑战。地理国情普查、数字城市、天地图等“三大平台”的建设，给广大测绘干部职工提供了发展的机会和空间，加强测绘行业职工培训是贯彻落实科学发展观，推进教育培训工作科学化、制度化、规范化，培养造就高素质的测绘职工队伍的必然要求，文章分析了测绘地理信息行业职工培训的现状及存在问题，提出了测绘职工培训的几种方法。
