聚丙烯在线分析系统的研制

摘要

介绍了聚丙烯在线分析系统的结构、工作原理和应用方法.采用专利设计的采样预处理系统解决了气固混相样品的在线分析问题,而针对性开发的固体样品流通池保证的光谱的代表性和重复性.实验表明,采用该技术研制的聚丙烯在线分析系统能够在聚丙烯生产装置的粉料输送管线内自动取出气固混相的粉末样品,通过固体样品流通池采集到光谱并分析得到等规度、熔融指数、乙烯含量和堆积密度指标,然后把聚丙烯粉末样品返回取样管线,实现聚丙烯装置产品质量的无损在线监测.%The structure, working principle and application method of polypropylene online monitoring system is introduced.The sample pretreatment system is designed to solve on-line analysis problem of two phase mixture of gassolid samples, a flow solid sample cell is developed and used to ensure the spectral representative and repeatability.Experiments show that this polypropylene on-line monitoring system can hold samples (two phase mixture) from pipeline automatically, and extract solid powder samples from the mixture, collect spectrum and calculate the character of samples,such as isotacticity, melting index, ethylene content and bulk density index, then retum polypropylene powder samples back to the pipeline.
