设计了一种在红外光谱仪中使用的光学二维角度调整机构,并根据红外光谱仪的功能要求及技术指标为该调整结构的机械结构设计提供理论依据。本文中设计的光学二维角度调整机构通过关节轴承来实现光学镜片在竖直和水平方向的二维偏转。并考虑到红外光谱仪的设计要求,设计了一种采用包紧方式的锁紧机构。最后,将该光学调整机构置于红外光谱仪系统中试验,并记录试验结果。分析研究表明,该调整机构在要求的使用条件下可以正常工作。%An optical two-dimensional angle adjusting mechanism used in infrared spectrometer is designed,and the theoretical basis for the structural adjustment of the mechanical structure design is provided according to the functional requirements and technical specifications of the infrared spectrometer.Optical two-dimensional angle adjusting mechanism was designed through the joint bearing the two-dimensional deflection of the optical lens in the vertical and horizontal directions.And taking into account the design requirements of the infrared spectrometer,the design of the locking mechanism of a tight package was designed.Finally,the optical adjustment mechanism was placed in the infrared spectrometer system for the test,and the test results were recorded.Analysis studies have shown that the adjustment mechanism can work normally under required conditions of use.
